As an established independent television repair centre we are capable of issuing insurance reports for customers in need of documented proof of their set’s fault. Many companies, such as Currys, Argos, John Lewis, Brighthouse etc, may ask for insurance reports before issuing refunds or replacements.
Insurance reports are provided on company letter-headed paper and state the following;
- Numerical Identification of the set (Make, model and serial numbers)
- Overall condition
- Fault observed
- Diagnosis of likely cause
- Potential cost of repair
- Feasibility of repair
Reports are charged at £40.00 (Ex. VAT) and typically take 2-3 days to complete once a fault has been confirmed. As with any normal repair your set will need to be left with us to examine over this period.
